monoxna.pc is incomplete #71

bin/monoxna.pc is not listing all assemblies. MonoDevelop seems to possess the 
ability to generate a pkgconfig file, hence maybe that should be used instead.

The monoxna.pc file where created just for testing purposes a while back. It 
isn't meant to be complete, but it certainly would be a good idea to have one. 
Feel free to create a proper one.

IMO an automatically created file is to be preferred above any now-and-then 
updated / manually created one. Hence someone would have to investigate how to 
make MonoDevelop actually output a complete file.
