Introduce a pure python version of the py-radix library.
Currently a (fairly) direct translation of the C extension
Pickle files compatible with pure C version 0.5, backward compatible as well
(pickle saved via python 3 are not compatible with python 2 versions because the pickle protocol changed)
Slight performance degradation for pure python version, especially in pypy
