MRT has been relicensed #35

MRT has been relicensed to BSD 2-clause so it would be great to change the copyright here from BSD 4-clause - which is also GPL incompatible.

Has the license also been applied to the (older) code that is used here? The files radix.c/h are not just copied from MRT but put together from many different files too.

@wagner-certat AFAICT, yes. Though, the commit history is not very descriptive, the commit that introduced the new license has no code updates and covers years since 1999.
