Basically, "fitted" is not a great name and it confuses people (often folks confuse it with "predicted"). The Stan ecosystem has gone to epred/linpred, which I think is a much better naming scheme. Would need to:
[x] make [add_]linpred_draws always use posterior_linpred
[x] update docs accordingly.
[x] create [add_]epred_draws
[x] deprecate [add_]fitted_draws and point people at epred/linpred draws with an explanation for when to choose which
[x] update vignettes
[x] (maybe) come up with an example of when linpred_draws is actually useful and include it in vignettes
[x] rename "value" to "linpred" in add_linpred_draws
