CloudManager module for iOS #125

Need to write an integratable CloudManager module for the iOS version of 
OpenMobster.

The module will expose GUI based management functionality. The module will be 
invoked somewhere by the App.

The CloudManager can now be launched using an API call from your App.

The CloudManager includes the following functions:

* Device Activation
* Managing Sync channel data
