Dynamic FAKE_SMTP_WEB_API while docker run #3

changed the docker behaviour to update FAKE_SMTP_WEB_API on every start in bundle.js. Please update and push to docker hub in a new version (1.2.1?).

clever solution, it did enter my mind about "hacking" the bundle with a find and replace but I am not sure how I feel about it yet.

Nothing for productive systems but it's 'fake smtp'.
