tRNA #67

Hi,

I'm trying to show tRNA regions in figures. I click the "tRNA" radio button under the "Include following features" section of the Annotation Window, but the generated figure doesn't show any tRNA. image image These are the generated figures unclicking "gene" radio button or not (apart from clicking the "tRNA" radio button)

A portion of my annotation file (.gb) looks like this:

Is there anything missing in the annotation file which could explain this issue?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I noticed that I had not unchecked "filter small blast hits/annotations". Problem solved!
