This PR update golang, golangci-lint, and consolidate windows and linux implementations #53

Coverage remained the same at 37.71% when pulling 5b680ce2496100709a1a51a7befb2eaa26bd212b on chore-variuos into f81f8a0b7fada8c31bc884fedb9d5d695f9862c7 on master.

@mjtrangoni I have built from branch chore-variuos and can confirm it working. I can now see the expiry dates. Thank you for this project. it's very useful with all the flexlm based licensing around. Attached image showing the expiries working 👍
