on Ubuntu its working but now
esp32 open an AP
but it doenst connect to my WIFI everytime the esp reboot and start again the AP

Hi! Regarding the first comment. Make sure you are using the latest esp-idf framework (I remember seeing similar error message at some stage myself).
Second comment: So did you connect to the ESP32 access point and setup the target AP and MQTT server successfully? Can you share the logs showing that?

can i write the wifi directly in the programm ?
maybe its because he search first for MQTT config and he doesnt find it

maybe i found something if i open an AP on my PC and connect the esp32 to it
its works it gets an IP and i can add the MQTT but if change back to my wifi it dies in a loop

Ok that's a little bit odd, and would make me think it could be related to your AP (or compatibility between it and the lower levels of ESPs WiFi code) and not the Wifi / MQTT Manager. Do you have possibility to try another AP?
Just for sanity check I renamed by own AP the same as yours and put 16 character password there (just in case dots and spaces are not handled correctly) and it connected flawlessly. I even changed configuration between WPA2-TKIP and WPA2-AES but both worked.
Please also fetch the updated the WiFi manager because I made error handling a bit more robust and fixed a crash causing bug, although I don't think it is related to your problem.
Hold on, I found a way to reproduce this. TinyPICO (ESP32) won't connect to Zyxel VMG3925-b10b router (or my iPhone hotspot) failing the same way (ORDER_CONNECT_STA is done but no response/failure/disconnect message is received so it just fails silently). I'm using esp-idf v4.3-dev2398-g2bfdd036b-dirty on Apple M1 laptop with Rosetta2 emulation. I tried building the source with another Intel Macbook with older version of esp-idf (v4.3-dev1901-g178b122c1-dirty) and this seems to connect ok.
Since you are using Ubuntu this shouldn't be problem with Rosetta2 but maybe with the esp-idf version. I will investigate this later but in the mean time you might try an older esp-idf version and let us know how it went.
