Don't generate+execute `rebuild.sh`, build directly from python code #17

rebuild.sh is an atavism from an earlier, less enlightened, age.

conda-lsst is a recipe generator, not a binary package builder.

Given that context, having it generate recipes and a rebuild script (both of which could be saved for posterity, and are then independent from conda-lsst's ever-evolving code) is the right thing to do.
