Make version fabric semver compatible and bump it #8

Makes the mod version fabric semver compatible so it doesn't print a warning at startup (text after - is ignored for comparisons I think, or at least it doesn't complain if it's at the other side).

Also bumps the version to 1.0.4.

hey just to let you know i have not forgotton about this and i will be looking at it when i have free time over the weekend but off the top of my head the version is not semver complient because the X is captizled

Tbh I don't know what it is really, all I know is that changing it to this way stopped loader from printing the warning.
