add FingerprintManagerCompat. #126

Some old chinese-made phones, like Letv, Huawei(Android 6.0). Their build os didn't include the FingerprintManager class. They used FingerprintManagerCompat. so i added FingerprintManagerCompat. Tested: Le X500, Le X620, Le X720, Huawei Honor 9
