Gui translations are not applied. English is only language. #135

As we can see there are a lot of translations of fpauth-strings.xml file. Our phones utilze Russian language, but nevertheless, only English interface is shown.

Cordova version: 9.0.0 (cordova-lib@9.0.1).

What is the workaround of this issue?
