Description of the Feature

Back in the day it was possible to transfer files with ICQ. It would be nice to be able to do so again.

Use Case

Being able to transfer files between the users is a pretty useful feature.

Thanks for filing. Will implement file transfer in AIM/ICQ at some point in a few months.
