Discord url in readme does not let ppl join server #132

The URL should point to the discord server invite link :)

When I try the Discord link I get the following error message:

Keine Textkanäle Du bist an einem seltsamen Ort: usw.

Scheint etwas mit dem Link nicht zu passen.

Oh, I needed to change the discord channel to a community channel to get a permanent invitation link. Does this work?
