Make banned entry still visible through direct access #42

I just realized banned entries are actually deleted unlike I previously thought. Maybe we should just filter them out in the "eventsummary" web service instead. Also having a little "you're banned" banner in the entry page would be useful.

I would prefer a silent ban. Fewer complaints that way.

Maybe even a shadowban, like on reddit: they (as identified by their username) see everything as normal, but others don't see them in the ranking?
