What steps will reproduce the problem?

3. generate list
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
doesn't truly generate every possible combo 878, afa, 677, etc. are missing
so it isn't actually generating EVERY possible combo?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.0.994 Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.
I am liking this program but would like to see more accurate list generation
