The implied calorie from the FBS seems too low #30

The implied wheat calorie of FBS (accounting for waste etc) is 267 for USA and 259 for Italy. This is far too low to be possible, the calorie for wheat and all of it's derived product are at least 300.

This is because the calorie only reflect those that are edible. Calorie of bran are not included and thus the implied calorie is lower.
