Extra New Lines Added #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save a file with several different paragraphs
2. Open that file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the file as saved. Instead where ever there is a new line at the 
end of a paragraph an extra new line is added. If there are two new lines it 
seems to be that 2 extra are added etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Google Chrome 12.0.742.100, on windows 7

I have reported issue 300, is this the same bug?
In that case, issue 300 is probably better described.
