This is not an issue but as suggestion that can we add a Native Wrapper as plugin in the ConfuserEx

What exactly is that supposed to do?

I think he means a packer that packs a .net exe file into a native file which then starts the .net app.

If anyone wan't to pick this up: Sure. I'm currently not planning to implement something like this.
