looking at: npm create vite@latest vs npm create react-app. compare and contrast at the moment vite stands out flexibility and speed.

I looked at "unmounting" or ejecting react app to keep its structure it was an interesting addition that I feel will help me understand more about things like create react app. helped through it by andrew steel at codebar.
