Remove pkgsrc #32

Removed all traces of pkgsrc from Draco. The framwork is not usable anymore, 
too much problems on Linux (the problems are fixable, but I will not maintain 
the patches required (like I did before, not worth it)).

pkgsrc will work on server etc, but is broken for any X11 related packages.

pkgsrc development will continue in GFXOS, hopfully we will find a way around 
the X11 issues.
