KDE3 won't build #34

KDE3 from pkgsrc won't build against Draco 0.3. I have fixed minor issues like 
PLIST's etc. Currently kdegraphics needs some fixes, and the HAL integration 
need to be fixed. I don't have time to review this before end of June.
