Parallax effect on main page image and adjust code so that it is reponsive #43

As discussed with Jessica, we can check on the parallax effect on the main image. The responsiveness of that block needs also to be checked, the image doesn't shrink when the viewer size decrease. On the actual site it doesn't decrease either and for small screens you need to scroll from left to right to see all of the text on the original site. On the Franklin site the text works well but the image doesn't shrink either issue-image.pdf

I did fix the responsiveness of the image and now is shrinking. I am checking now on the parallax effect and see if I can do something about it. This is visible so far only on my local machien as I can't commit to the repo [Uploading local.pdf…]()
