@coliff thanks for your help on this. Rather than creating a new PR for every minor thing, could you instead push multiple commits to one PR? Let me know when you are ready and then I'll merge this.

Note that I just pushed a bunch of updates to this repo this morning. Make sure any additional updates are against the latest. So far the last couple have not had any merge conflicts, but I thought I'd mention it in case you didn't notice.

I'd like to help out updating the 'mkdocs-bootswatch' themes too. I'll look at those tomorrow as well.
