Update to latest version of Font Awesome (4.7.0) #12

Currently mkdocs-bootstrap uses Font Awesome 4.0.3. I'd like to see this updated to the latest version; 4.7.0. There would be no breaking changes - just more available icons.

Shall I open a PR for this?
