Does Tweetbotornot still work with new Twitter API? #17

I wanted to write a research paper about a topic which includes Twitter bot detection. After digging around some prior research I came across "Tweetbornot" which looks like the exact tool I'd need.

I'm aware of the new Twitter API, hence my question is does this tool still work without paying 5000$/month?
