Add viewer #6

Viewer page that takes model by url parameter and can display in AR, currently using WebARonARCore chromium build.

Have basic viewer, but need to work on user interaction to include positioning model, rotating, scaling, etc.

Note on showing ground plane. Show while positioning & interacting, but may want to hide either when taking a picture (via in-app function); or hide automatically after a delay of interacting.

Also think about parameters could send to viewer to customize in some likely minimal fashion that would be useful to end developers. Some examples: modes for what type of object i.e. furniture would indicate don't allow user scaling, background color/image for VR view, etc.
