Imagemap implementation #15

Expand current image map demo to include requesting subsequent pages through service. So would have ability to go to linked pages while remaining on service.

Also can make a mode where using no javascript, entire page is generated on service side and returned.

Current example is static (needs fixing). Make a dynamic one as well that hits service.
