As a product owener, I want clearer bug report and feature request templates, So that I can easily communicate issues and suggestions.

Acceptance Criteria:

Bug report template includes clear instructions.
Feature request template allows users to indicate priority.
Both templates have consistent formatting.
Collect user feedback post-update.
