Use Snapcraft > I wanna use this on Fedora #266

Package this program as a Snap (https://snapcraft.io/). This way you don't have to worry about linux updating and it will also mean that one can install the package with ease (also means I can use this on my Fedora machine!)

Is anyone on it? If not I can try to get it working in a snap and maybe flatpak later?

You can work on it. I'm very busy these days, but I will help you as much as I can so that this issue can be closed.
