Test DRUM_downloadFiles_Dspace7.py for time out errors #16
Sometimes when testing the tool, it starts erroring out for every download. Test/duplicate this behavior and figure out the reason for it. Possibly need to add pauses between downloads (ie. time.sleep) or could look into the persistence module written during for Geo4Lib Camp for Geodata@Wisconsin.
