Add support for JEP 467: Markdown Documentation Comments coming in Java 23.

Eclipse native support is being tracked here.

I'm using jautodoc for many, many years now. Just how much it has simplified my documentation tasks has become apparent when I made my first attempt to switch from https://mnlipp.github.io/jdrupes-mdoclet/javadoc/ to Java 23 markdown. I know it isn't that simple, but I'd love to see a switch for generating Java 23 markdown comments instead of the old fashioned comments in jautodoc.

I cannot begin to tell you how helpful this project has been to me over the past 15 years.
