Updated to version 8.0.34 and fixed download link for .msi package

Description

Fixed download link and updated to the newest version 8.0.34

Package is broken right now.

Executed the powershell script locally and checked the download link and sha256 checksum is valid.

@mkevenaar and chance on getting this merged in? The choco repo is basically down until this happens.

This is not the way this repository works. However, I have made some changes that should fix the update for the workbench package.
