Detecting if the uncountables have decreased, and set the past unsure values which might be included in them to the level just after the descrease, until the uncomputables would become so low that they wouldn't 'fit' in it or if the uncomputables became lower than the state after the decrease

The original 'n'-strings should be moved then to a new, usually rather unused field
