Glide64 error "function(s) not found", emulation stops #371

- Operating Systen: Fedora 13 x86-64 with Gnome and proprietary akmod-nvidia 
driver
- Hardware: Turion 64 X2 TL-50, GeForce Go 6150
- gcc -v: "gcc version 4.4.4 20100503 (Red Hat 4.4.4-2) (GCC)"

Steps:
Extract glide64 source directory next to mupen64plus-core source directory and 
run make with ./projects/unix/Makefile and then copy the compiled binary 
(mupen64plus-video-glide64.so) to mupen64plus plugins directory and launch a 
game with "--gfx './mupen64plus-video-glide64.so'".

Expected result: game plays
Actual result:

The version 1.99.3 and the glide64 from hg are incompatible. That is not a 
problem or a bug. Please don't mix those versions. Just use the newest hg 
version of both plugins
