Rice Plugin graphical glitches on Zelda OoT + MM #519

The graphical glitches:

The bomber's notebook page fails to render. The menu loads properly, 
control-wise, but the screen stays on the previous inventory. I found no 
configuration settings that helped this. (MM only)

Various polygons will vanish as they get partially off-screen. (OoT and MM)

The menu will not show the background behind it (both games, but OoT also 
suffers from apparent core issues during menu loading)

The "equipment" page shows a glitched out sprite rather than Link wearing 
equipment.

Some notes:

It should be noted that Glide64 suffered from the same bugs until I enabled the 
"Smart Framebuffer" option in its section of mupen64plus.cfg.

On MM, but not on OoT, this fixes the rendering of the inventory's background 
(where the world is behind it) 

On OoT it fixes the equipment render for Link.

I'm not sure how applicable Glide's "Smart Framebuffer" is to Rice, but it 
seems like Glide has a leg up on Rice there.
