Ropes #13

Ropes and pulleys would be super cool but probably very difficult. Ideally along with ropes comes UI for all the other joints but that's a lot of work and probably won't happen until at least 2.0

I've realized that in high school physics ropes are usually massless and are practically just rods; it's probably enough to just add basic joints.
