Upload diploma thesis

As a teacher I want to upload diploma thesis so that I can save them in the database.

Acceptance criterias:

• To upload a diploma thesis you first need to create a new diploma thesis in the maintain outer field.
• To upload files you have to submit
  • If the upload is successful, it should be logged (user, date, diploma data(tbd))
  • There should be a option to cancel while uploading
  • If the upload is canceled there should be a message shown to the user asking for canceling the upload
