As a teacher I want to application to check permissions so that only teachers have access to diploma theses

Acceptance criterias:

To authorize yourself as a teacher you have to register yourself with your school email
If the e-mail address is available but not a school e-mail, other teachers who already authorized themselves should have the permission to authorize you
Without the permissions, you should only be able to see data, without maintaining, uploading and downloading them

Not finished will not be implemented, the regestration does not distinguish between pupils and teachers, and the Website is for teacher !!!
