Reading merged ceels #91

When reading merged cells, only the first cell is assigned the value, all other 
cells contain a null value.
Is there any way to change this behaviour so that all cells contain the value 
of the first cell?

This is an issue with Excel's OLEDB adapter (which LinqToExcel uses), so 
unfortunately I do not know a way to change this behavior.
