7 months ago Updated: It was fixed after I delete fully folder in Doc/Larian/BG3 and opened the game, it created new BG3 folder and mod started to work.

Your Environment
It worked fine yesterday, until I tried to add this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/366 but even after I removed it it started to work fine again. Today, I opened the manager and saw this issue again(screenshot please). I also tried to delete MM and install again, and I tried version 14 and I still see this issue.
