Mod Manager not loading mods into game but modsettings.lsx & Mods folder full #139

Your Environment

BGMM doesn't seem to load any installed mods into game despite them being properly loaded/showing in modsettings.lsx file.

Downloaded Hotfix 14/Patch 5 release for mac. Seemed to work fine until today. Went to load a brand new game with all existing mods from previous playthroughs. Note, was able to load a saved game with mods and play it before today.

Today, starting new game, game presents as Vanilla. Not sure why the mods are suddenly not loaded into the game. Mod Manager settings show correct, as does modsettings.lsx file.

I'm in the same boat, and I've tried everything; nothing is working to restore my mods back into the game; I have spent so much time trying to find the right mods for this game -- now not a single one is actually working in the game despite my mods folder being full of mods. What the hell?

@mkinfrared hello, i'm just following up on this. :/ it's still an issue. basically, even when the modsettings.lsx file is locked, the game doesn't recognize any information in it and treats the game as Vanilla. do you have any thoughts as to why this is happening? thanks so much for all your work.
