Lots of mods don't work this way, but here is one: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/1561?tab=description

When I install some mods they don't actually get installed. Running most recent patch on steam for the macos game.

I ended up going back to v1.3, it seems that 1.4 and 1.5 don't work on my system.
