ATTN: Folks experiencing the "All Mods Deactivate on Launch" bug #148

Hello,

I was one of the initial bug reporters for this issue, and I think I may have figured out what was happening.

Early on (several Larian patches ago), I had to download a mod from Nexus called something like "Fake Gustav" to get around Gustav disappearing from my mod settings.lsx or not permanently staying as the 1st spot in the load order. I believe this is the file that was causing all my current mods to deactivate. I've since removed it and reloaded my mods in small groups, checking to see if the "Mods missing" error message updated when trying to load a save, and as I did this, the issue started to correct itself.

If you are another person who used this, I suggest removing all your mods and re-adding them slowly without this Fake Gustav mod and see if that makes a difference. My game has since corrected itself and works properly.

I don't believe this is an issue with the Mod Manager, so @mkinfrared please accept my apology! Hope this helps anyone still struggling with the issue!

Every time I download a mod, after I open the game it always deactivates.
