is there a way to force remap/ cause it to remap to my files as it does on first install? #150

Summary

i manually installed a few mods that weren't compatible with the mod manager and now its broken and showing this message. i was trying to change where the mods pathed to and now im stuck on this message... is there a way to completely wipe the manager's preexisting data or force it to automatically make those paths again?
