EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read #160

Getting the error from this title when opening mod manager. Not sure what the issue is, dont think i changed anything. I'm also still having the other issue where the mod loader will say mods are active but the game will give me errors saying the mods arent loaded when clicking into my save file.

Manager Version : 1.5.0 Link to problem mod : ? Operating System and version : 2021 M1 Pro, OS 13.5.1
