with my (limited) knowledge of code, I think this would require bg3se to be completely re-written in a mac-compatible format, which is a pretty big undertaking

Hi, thank you so much for making this mod manager for iMac users! It has been a blast to be able to mod in BG3 :D But one thing that I've noticed is that some mods need scripts that the mod manager can't extract, such as https://github.com/Norbyte/bg3se/releases. Would it be possible to add this type of feature?
