Original post urls are not converted correctly if a post title got edited

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On a blogger platform, change a post's title
2. Export posts and convert to wordpress or mt
3. Check post urls, they are not the same as on blogger platform

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
URLs on the convertion tools are being generated by taking the post's title. If 
the title got edited, the urls on the converted version won't match the 
original post url (the permalink).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 90

Please provide any additional information below.

I've attached two patches that will take the original post's link and will use 
that to create the converted post url.
