[FF] Notification broken on Win 10 after Anniversary Update #134

I did a clean install of Win 10 with the recent Anniversary Update included. Before I was running Win 10 (without Anniversary Update) which I upgraded (without clean install) from an old Win 8 install.

I continue to use my former portable FF and TB without changes to the settings. Thunderbird works the same as before and is displaying correctly styled windows tiles as notifications, while Firefox changed to display weird notifications like this: dl_tile

Notification Enginge is set to GNotifier in options. Also tried setting it to Standard without any change.

After my Firefox update to version 49 today all seems good again!? Weird...
